Founded in 2026, the Young Coaches Project is the culmination of a journey. Che Tillinghast's own journey to his first role as a rowing coach.

Che knows there are others out there trying to get into coaching, so he started the Young Coaches Project to help the next generation. YCP was created through a passion for coaching, a love for the sport of rowing, and a desire to help.
